Nice to meet you, I am Vidal. For more than two decades I have guided visitors and curious people across Israel - first as a photographer and news producer, and today as a licensed tour guide who connects landscape, story, and a sense of place. My journalistic background taught me how to look at a place and catch the moment most people miss, from a slightly different angle. I grew up in Jerusalem and have walked through that city all my life. I moved to Tel Aviv 17 years ago, and learned to know and uncover it too - its markets, craftspeople, artists, culture, and the stories that pass from person to person. I bring a sensitive eye for details, a love of people, and a deep connection to the layered local history I live inside. When I guide a tour, I do not rush between sites - I stop where it gets interesting and let the place tell its story. That is the difference between seeing a city and feeling it. I am also always looking for the right frame, and I love documenting the travelers’ experience along the way.
